I hope your migraine gets better soon! I'll have you in my prayers.
Try Feverfew or Wood Betony. The tinctures work the best or you can take the tea form of the either or. If you use the tincture of either or & put the drops in a shot glass (perfect small dose) of water, juice, or ice tea. Then down it! Water works best but some herbs are bitter so you could use juice or ice tea to mask the taste. This is what the 3 maidens & I do with some of the more bitter herbals. ALSO if you have sinus/allergies use Yerba Mensa. Email me if you have any questions. :)
The order for effectiveness is this:
BEST-tinctures
2nd-teas
3rd-capsules
Forgot to add that you can shoot the herbal mixtures into the same shot glass & down 1 or more herbal tinctures together. I do this & so do the 3 maidens.
